As an Elite Recruit student, you will progress through 4 phases to develop the proper strength and knowledge to succeed in basic training. This course is the product of proven military experience and hundreds of hours of personal training.
If you are planning on serving in a branch of the United States Military, and you don't have complete confidence in your physical/mental capabilities this course will change that.
